Add an Off-Schedule Assessment

Assessments in our system are automated (learn more about the Assessment Schedule here), but you are also able to administer additional assessments as you see fit.

  1. From the Main Menu go to ​Patients.
  2. Select desired patient
  3. Click Assessments on the Patient Profile Menu
  4. Select + Add Off-Schedule Assessment 
  5. Select desired assessment from dropdown
  6. Click Add Assessment
  7. This Assessment should now appear on the Assessments Page
