ERP Program Tracks

The ERPHealth program has multiple tracks including Pre-IntakeMental Health (MH)Substance Use Disorder (SUD), and Primary Care. These tracks impact which assessments the patient will take and when they will need to take them. The software automatically arranges this, and you will see what is due and when at log in, and under each patient’s portal.

Pre-Intake #

This is the default program selected when intaking a patient, unless otherwise specified. This setup track is designed to get a complete baseline of the patient which can then be used to make a determination of what specific program (MH or SUD) they fall under. Do not make changes to this track unless you have spoken with your Client Success Manager first.

Mental Health Track (MH) #

This program is designed to be used with patients that are in treatment for mental health disorders. Patients on this track receive weekly assessments that are relevant to monitoring progress and personalize treatment.

Substance Use Disorder Track (SUD) #

SUD is designed to be used with patients that are in treatment for substance use disorder. Patients on this track receive weekly assessments that are relevant to monitoring progress and personalize treatment.

Primary Care #

This program is designed to be used in a medical primary care setting. Patients are given an initial set of assessments that will provide a general overview of their health. There are no weekly scheduled assessments as primary care visits are intermittent. Instead, the program is designed so that another set of assessments can be given during the patient’s next visit and can be used to monitor health long-term.
