In the ERPHealth platform, there are Partners and Facilities. A partner is the umbrella organization for which the ERP account is established. The physical locations and centers owned by partners are called facilities. You will need to add at least one facility to use ERP.
If you are a single practitioner, you will list the same name for the Partner and Facility.
You can edit partner info on the Partner Info page and add/manage facilities on the Facilities page, both found on the Main Menu.
