You can access a patient’s individual assessments and clinical evaluations from the respective tabs on the Patient Profile Menu.
You can administer these assessments or evaluations straight from the Patient Profile – either from the Assessments/Evaluations tabs or the Patient Profile Sidebar to-do list. Learn more about Assessments and Evaluations.
Off-Schedule Assessments/Evaluations #
You can add an off-schedule assessment or evaluation for a patient from the respective Assessments and Evaluations tabs.

View the patient’s assessment and evaluation history from the Patient Profile Menu.
