ERPHealth Secures Growth Capital and Aligns Leadership for Next Phase of Growth

New investment supports expansion, innovation, and ERPHealth’s mission to make verified outcomes the standard across behavioral health

PHILADELPHIA, September 29, 2026. ERPHealth Inc., the leader in behavioral health outcomes technology, today announced a strategic investment and an evolution of its leadership structure to support the company’s next phase of expansion and market growth.

At the center of this next phase is co-founder Eric Gremminger, who has helped build ERPHealth into the category leader and stands as one of the most recognized and influential voices in the national outcomes conversation. Gremminger steps into the role of Chief Strategy Officer, taking command of the company’s strategic partnerships and thought leadership at the moment the entire industry is moving toward the standard ERPHealth pioneered. The role places him exactly where he creates the most value: at the front of the market, shaping where behavioral health outcomes go next. He continues to serve on the board of directors.

Alongside that move, the board has appointed Rebecca Pirillo as Chief Executive Officer. Pirillo joined ERPHealth as Chief Marketing Officer and served for the past year as Chief Operating Officer, leading the company’s commercial, product, and operational functions through a period of significant growth.
