GRO is the ultimate way for clients to stay engaged in their alumni’s recovery journey post-treatment. This service provides treatment partners with support to keep alumni involved. With a focus on staying encouraged and engaged, GRO provides alumni outreach staff with an opportunity to connect with them and help track their ongoing process.

Third-Party Outcome Data

GRO provides clients with verified third-party outcome data that can be used for anything from accreditation audits to company evaluations. By having outcome data provided by a third party it provides accuracy to outside governing bodies.

Increased Alumni Referrals

Alumni referrals are one of the most cost-effective and high-quality patient acquisition channels. Treatment programs expect that 25%- 30% of their admits will come through alumni referrals. Since GRO engages directly with alumni as your program, your name and brand promise stays top of mind with your alumni.

Discharge Planning Stage

1-2 days prior to discharge date, the counselor introduces the patient to GRO, and shows them how to access it once they leave treatment.

Upon Discharge

The counselor provides a brochure on GRO along with discharge paperwork to the patient.

24 hours post-discharge

Alumni staff contacts patients to check in. Discuss GRO engagement calls.

72 hours post-discharge

Alumni staff checks in again, provides any follow-up information that the patient may have requested, and provides support to the patient around their needs.
