ERPHealth Welcomes New Chief Revenue Officer

Fred Sheffield Joins ERPHealth as Chief Revenue Officer, Bringing More Than Two Decades of Behavioral Health and Commercial Growth Leadership
PHILADELPHIA – June 26, 2025 – ERPHealth, the nation’s leading outcomes-based technology platform for behavioral health, announced today that Fred Sheffield has joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer. With more than 20 years of experience scaling healthcare technology companies, Fred brings deep expertise in sales leadership, go-to-market strategy, and value-based care transformation.
As ERPHealth expands its footprint across the provider and payer markets, Fred will oversee all revenue-generating functions, including sales, partnerships, and marketing. He joins the executive team at a pivotal time, as the company drives broader adoption of its GRO platform for behavioral health providers and launches GRO+, a population health management solution designed for unions, municipalities, and MCOs.
“Fred is a seasoned leader with a rare combination of strategic vision and operational rigor,” said Eric Gremminger, CEO and Co-Founder of ERPHealth. “His proven track record in behavioral health and enterprise healthcare—and his ability to build scalable growth engines—makes him the perfect fit for this next phase of ERPHealth. We’re excited to welcome him to the team.”
Nick Bardoutsos, President of ERPHealth, added: “Fred knows how to navigate the complexity and urgency of behavioral health transformation. His leadership will be instrumental as we strengthen relationships with providers and open new pathways to serve unions, payers, and public health systems. We couldn’t be more excited to have him on board.”
Before joining ERPHealth, Fred held senior executive roles at multiple high-growth healthcare technology companies, including Lightning Step Behavioral Health EMR, TeleVox, a leader in patient engagement, and PMMC, a revenue cycle management solution. Throughout his career, he has consistently led commercial teams to double- and triple-digit growth while driving client success in complex care delivery settings.
“I’ve spent my career helping organizations tackle critical challenges in behavioral health and enterprise healthcare,” said Sheffield. “What drew me to ERPHealth was not only the technology but the mission. ERPHealth is changing how we measure care, engage patients, and deliver value across the behavioral health ecosystem. I’m excited to help scale that impact.”
ERPHealth is used in more than 27 states and hundreds of communities nationwide by some of the largest behavioral health providers, along with a growing presence among payers. The platform powers measurement-based care, improves clinical quality, and prepares organizations for value-based reimbursement.
