Eric Gremminger, ICADC

Co-Founder & CEO

Eric is CEO and Co-Founder of ERPHealth and a nationally recognized leader in the behavioral health space. Since 2014 Eric has trained behavioral healthcare professionals around the country on how to use patient reported outcome measures to personalized clinical curriculums, and inform policy and procedure. Eric holds a degree in Psychology from Drexel University and is a regular guest lecturer on the topics of recovery and the neurobiology of addiction. Eric received his counselor’s training from Villanova University and is an internationally-certified drug and alcohol counselor as well as a published author.

Eric is a board member for Prevention Plus, an organization focused on promoting healthy, safe and drug-free lifestyles in the state of New Jersey and is a part of the advisory council for National Fentanyl Awareness Day, a federally recognized day dedicated to raising awareness of the dangers of fentanyl.

Nicholas C. Bardoutsos

Co-Founder & President

Nick brings over 15 years of healthcare experience to the team. A programming engineer by trade, Nick has created various HIPAA compliant SaaS-based platforms including a CRM and Insurance tracking platform that was included in a $120m behavioral healthcare acquisition in 2015.

Since then a majority of Nick’s efforts have been in creating, leading, and/or owning over 40 behavioral health facilities across 15 states totaling over $500 million in mergers and acquisitions.

Abby Warburg

Chief Operating Officer

Abby has led and grown teams in Fortune 200 corporations, global technology companies and more recently managed the development of an online pharmacy software and Telehealth startup. She brings her extensive background in the healthcare and tech sectors and her non-stop work ethic to the position of Chief Operating Officer. With over 10 years of business and strategy expertise, she uses her hands-on approach and analytical mindset to align cross functional teams in achieving company goals and objectives.

M.Gordon Simmons

Chief Growth Officer

Gordon brings 13 years of experience as a business owner and executive in multiple roles across the insurance and healthcare industries. His combined entrepreneurial drive and business management skills have proven to drive gains in revenue, market share and profit performance. He has successfully led early stage companies to scalable, sustained growth through exit.

His extensive background in behavioral health program development, mergers and acquisitions as well as leadership development have proven to be a true asset to the organization. Gordon has been recognized with over 15 sales awards for excellence throughout his career.

Cori McMahon, Psy.D., NCCE

Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Cori McMahon is a digital health clinical leader and clinical health psychologist with over 20 years’ experience across academic, clinical, and behavioral health tech industries. She was most recently a key member of the senior team taking a SaaS-based behavioral health organization to acquisition at 12x its valuation. Dr. McMahon is the former Director of the Division of Behavioral Medicine at Cooper University Hospital and maintains part-time work in integrated primary care as a Ryan White-funded psychologist serving persons living with HIV. She has presented 40+ peer-reviewed projects nationally and chaired multiple panel discussions as SME on measurement-based care, integrated behavioral health, and patient-reported outcomes in digital health.

Dr. McMahon is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University and serves as lead for the Trauma-Informed Care project in the Department of Infectious Disease in collaboration with the state of NJ.

Alexa Melhado, MA

VP of Client Success & Implementation

Alexa brings fifteen years of experience as a behavioral health professional having worked with various populations in both private and non-profit sectors. Alexa is a graduate of Georgian Court University and Monmouth University and is also a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Leadership Management program.

Alexa offers extensive knowledge of industry best practices and has demonstrated expertise in program development critical to client care, business revenue, and growth.

Rishir Patel

Director of Technology

Rishir is a specialist in creating and deploying HIPAA compliant databases that are used to generate analytics data shown to improve business practices and patient care. He brings to the ERPHealth team over 5 years’ experience in developing and maintaining HIPAA compliant cloud-based applications using AWS and Microsoft Azure environments in the behavioral health space. He also has many years of experience maintaining and executing custom updates for EMR systems.

Norman Chazin, MD

Medical Advisory

Dr. Chazin, board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Adult and Forensic is a graduate of Tufts Medical School has extensive experience in the field of Addiction Psychiatry. Dr. Chazin has over 25 years of experience treating patients struggling with substance misuse and mental health. Dr. Chazin serves as the Director of Psychiatry at Stockton University where he Supervises the Wellness Program, evaluates, and treats students Since 1985.

Lucy F. Faulconbridge, PhD

Medical Advisory

Lucy F. Faulconbridge is Director of Main Line Therapy and Psychological Services, LLC, a private mental health clinic in Pennsylvania. Dr. Faulconbridge received her PhD in Behavioral Neuroscience and Clinical Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and completed her Clinical Internship training at Weill Cornell Medical School in New York. She is the author of 28 peer-reviewed publications and 8 book chapters, she has given more than 60 guest lectures and presentations, and she has appeared on NPR’s Voices in the Family and the Think-Act-Be podcast. Dr Faulconbridge has served on the Scientific Advisory Board for ERPHealth, since 2020.

Audrey Whetsell, MA, CPHIT, PCMH-CCE

Medical Advisory

Audrey Whetsell is co-founder of Resource Partners, LLC the parent company of Medical Home Development Group. Audrey is a seasoned healthcare services executive with more than twenty years of progressive health care services experience directly tied to technology. Audrey is a cabinet member of the PCPCC’s Patients, Families and Consumers Center and an Executive Member of the PCPCC. She also served on NCQA’s PCMH 2014 Standards Committee and recently certified as a NCQA PCMH Content Expert.

In 2013 Audrey launched a nonprofit, The Medi Awards to deliver community forums to educate and highlight the work of healthcare advocates that support the delivery of patient-centered care in the Medical Neighborhood. Audrey is also involved with several electronic information exchanges, ACOs, MSOs and IPAs at the state and local levels. She has received awards for outstanding leadership and volunteer services and serves as an advocate for all consumers of healthcare.

Larry Brownstein

Larry has over 30 years of experience in the business, tech, and startup world. With deep experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, Larry is a valued advisor and mentor to a myriad of growing companies. He’s shown considerable expertise helping organizations grow by raising capital, driving significant sales ($1M to $50M), creating enterprise solutions, and working side by side with leadership teams in companies of all sizes.

David Sorin

David is an intrapreneurial attorney who has started, operated, and grown several businesses successfully. David has held Director and President roles in corporations for over 40 years and brings that vast experience with him to the table regularly.

Stu Segal

Business Advisory

After beginning his career in public health, Stu was recruited by US Healthcare (later acquired by Aetna). There, he grew a $1B internal behavioral health business and served as the executive-in-charge of the sale of an Aetna company and Aetna’s acquisition of one of the largest health plans in the US. Following Aetna, Stu has launched behavioral health programs across the country and has held senior leadership roles with several national and large regional payers. Currently, Stu is a principal in consulting practice that specializes in contracting with health plans and other payers on behalf medical and behavioral health providers.

Tony Rocchino

Business Advisory

Antonio Rocchino has over 40 years of experience in the Behavioral Health (BH) field, including extensive work as a Provider and Payor. He has accomplishments in Addiction and Behavioral Health Treatment Program Development, Integration and Innovation of BH Services and Payor and Provider policies and programs. As an experienced Clinician and Clinical Supervisor, he has been Clinical Director of an Adult Addiction Inpatient and Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program, Clinical Director of an innovative Adolescent Addiction Program.

As part of a National Health Insurance Company, Antonio has expertise in Provider Network contracting and management, Utilization Management, Vendor Management, BH Insourcing, Account Management, Quality and Case Management. He was responsible for the building and managing one of the largest and most comprehensive Behavioral Health and EAP provider networks for a National Health Insurance Company.

Antonio holds a Master Degree in Social Work from The University of Pittsburgh. He is also a Licensed Social Worker, Certified Relapse Prevention Specialist and a Member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers.
