Norman Chazin, MD

Dr. Chazin, board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Adult and Forensic is a graduate of Tufts Medical School has extensive experience in the field of Addiction Psychiatry. Dr. Chazin has over 25 years of experience treating patients struggling with substance misuse and mental health. Dr. Chazin serves as the Director of Psychiatry at Stockton University where he Supervises the Wellness Program, evaluates, and treats students Since 1985.

Lucy F. Faulconbridge, PhD

Lucy F. Faulconbridge, PhD

Lucy F. Faulconbridge is Director of Main Line Therapy and Psychological Services, LLC, a private mental health clinic in Pennsylvania. Dr. Faulconbridge received her PhD in Behavioral Neuroscience and Clinical Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and completed her Clinical Internship training at Weill Cornell Medical School in New York. She is the author of 28 peer-reviewed publications and 8 book chapters, she has given more than 60 guest lectures and presentations, and she has appeared on NPR’s Voices in the Family and the Think-Act-Be podcast. Dr Faulconbridge has served on the Scientific Advisory Board for ERPHealth, since 2020.

Audrey is a seasoned healthcare services executive with more than twenty years of progressive health care services experience directly tied to technology. Audrey is a cabinet member of the PCPCC’s Patients, Families and Consumers Center and an Executive Member of the PCPCC. She also served on NCQA’s PCMH 2014 Standards Committee and recently certified

David is an intrapreneurial attorney who has started, operated, and grown several businesses successfully. Clients ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to law firms to Fortune 500 companies have benefited from the in-depth assessment and development processes he applies. David has held Director and President roles in corporations for over 40 years and brings that vast experience with him to the table regularly.

Stu Segal

Stu Segal

After beginning his career in public health, Stu was recruited by US Healthcare (later acquired by Aetna). There, he grew a $1B internal behavioral health business and served as the executive-in-charge of the sale of an Aetna company and Aetna’s acquisition of one of the largest health plans in the US. Following Aetna, Stu has launched behavioral health programs across the country and has held senior leadership roles with several national and large regional payers. Currently, Stu is a principal in consulting practice that specializes in contracting with health plans and other payers on behalf medical and behavioral health providers.

Chris Woods

Chris Woods

Chris Woods began his career in the labor movement more than a decade ago. Woods was the former President of the National Union for Hospital & Health Care Employees, District 1199C. Woods has held nearly every position in the union, from field organizer to Executive Vice President of the Hospital Division. He also served as a trustee to several of District 1199C’s employee benefit funds. In 2019, Woods was chosen by the Executive Board of District 1199C to become president after Henry
