TAP is an industry-first access point used to collect self-reported patient data in a safe, easy to  use, and HIPAA compliant manner throughout the course of treatment.

PHILADELPHIA, PA— ERPHealth has announced its latest product, TAP, used to assist clients with the collection of assessments on ERPHealth provided devices as part of its industry leading individualized treatment platform (ITP).

Already recognized nationally for its ITP, the launch of TAP adds a secure access point to the ERPHealth ecosystem to collect self-reported patient data in a safe, comfortable, and HIPAA compliant manner throughout the course of treatment at a provider. TAP’s ease of use helps keep ERPHealth client providers up to date with patient progress, data, billing, and revenue.

“All information collected in TAP is reflected immediately in ERPHUB where the data can be used to individualize treatment in real time,” said Nick Bardoutsos, President, ERPHealth. “The ability to create custom clinical group topics according to patient need and increase approved treatment days is a game changer for the industry.”

“TAP was designed to be used on any device, not just the ERPHeath provided hardware, to allow providers the flexibility of how their patients self-report their data that best fits their  individual needs,” said Eric Gremminger, Co-Founder and CEO, ERPHealth. “The flexibility and industry-specific features that TAP provides, without any patient health information being stored on the TAP device of their choosing, truly allows the ERPHealth ITP to be the all-in-one platform for real-time, clinical outcome tracking.”

TAP is now available nationwide to ERPHealth clients. Existing and new clients alike can connect with any of ERPHealth’s client success managers to get set up today with TAP and streamline how they are collecting their patient data.
